Held at the auditorium of UFRGS’s Faculty of Economic Sciences (Av. João Pessoa, 52), in Porto Alegre, at 4:30 p.m., organized by the Corporate Governance, Compliance and Auditing Research Group (FCE/UFRGS). Free and open to all interested participants.

Regulation and Arbitration Colloquium: Portuguese-Brazilian Perspectives

Colloquium organized by ICJP and CIDP and coordinated by Prof. Domingos Soares Farinho. Eduardo Silva da Silva, a member of the ICC Paris Commission on Arbitration & ADR, moderated the first panel, “Economic regulation and arbitration”, with Renato Grion and Rui Guerra da Fonseca. The second panel addressed dispute resolution in public and private companies, with Ricardo Ranzolin and João Tiago Silveira.
